Our check-in experience was frustrating as the staff coldly refused to accommodate our early arrival despite the room being available. The room lacked basic necessities like indoor slippers and had minimal toiletries, which made it uncomfortable. Breakfast choices were very limited and of low quality, with underbaked croissants and juice at room temperature.

The room was clean and had breathtaking views, perfect for lounging. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready with local tips. Enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning, great variety of options.

I had an amazing stay with stunning sea views from my room, which made for perfect sunrises each morning. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of options including freshly baked pastries and seasonal fruits, all enjoyed with a gorgeous view. The pool area was a tranquil retreat after exploring Tossa de Mar, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. My only suggestion would be to improve the variety of evening dining options to complement the impressive breakfast offerings.

I encountered some noise from families in nearby rooms, which disrupted the peaceful ambiance I was hoping for. It would have been lovely if the gym facilities offered more equipment instead of being so limited. The rooftop pool, despite its charming view, felt a bit too chilly for a comfortable swim. A few extra touches in-room, like complimentary indoor slippers and more diverse toiletries, would elevate the experience significantly.

Lovely room, lovely views, we enjoyed the breathtaking perspective of the coastline from our balcony and the quick access to the nearby beach for swimming and relaxation.

I loved the views from our sea view room—totally worth it! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. The pool area was a nice chill spot, but the pull-out sofa in the suite could be better. Breakfast had tons of choices, just wish coffee was stronger.

Exceptional service from the staff, from a warm welcome to assistance with parking! The breakfast was a delight, too, especially enjoying it on the outdoor terrace overlooking the sea.

my stay at this hotel was fantastic! the sea view room had an amazing panorama, with triple sliding doors leading to a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffees. the breakfast was delightful with plenty of options, and the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring tossa de mar.
